You all are making this too easy for me. I have raised over $1000 today thanks to my amazing friends, friends of friends, their friends, etc. (If I say thanks anymore, you all might get sick of me at this rate.)

Although I’m happy the average donations are so high, if you only want to give a few dollars, please donate! To encourage that, I am making a 2nd goal of getting 100 people to participate in my mission.

This post is long enough, but I just want to say a few words from my heart. Thinking about this overwhelms me with emotion. This is probably the most incredible thing I’ve ever done and it’s success is because of the goodness and generosity of my friends and family and all of their friends. There is a lot of suffering going on, but I hope with projects like this and organizations working hard to help them, the people of Haiti know that we want to and will be there for them.
